Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped through registered courier companies and/or speed post only.

The delivery time, from the day your order is placed, can range between 4 and 7 business days. Standard delivery times apply once your order has been shipped.

Wetapcards is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.

If you feel that the packing is tampered with before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform support@ wetapcards.com or our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Wetapcards is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
